He noticed a man selling cannabis.  This wasn&#8217;t too difficult because the man was standing in the middle of the path yelling, &#8220;Ganja brownies!  Ganja brownies!&#8221;  Now, MaryJ may be legal in the golden state but it&#8217;s not that legal.  The only people legally allowed to partake of the green are those with a prescription card.  And I don&#8217;t think this guy was checking any credentials.<br \/>\nJoel noticed that a woman was talking to a police officer and pointing at the man.  Was there about to be a scene?  He watched as the police officer walked over to the salesman.
