Lessons of the Fire<\/h2>\n

At its simplest, Burning Man is a bunch of people getting together to watch the world burn. There’s something about watching a a giant structure fall under a pile of flames, remembering that you were standing inside of it twelve hours earlier. It makes you think of how temporary everything is. When you look into the fire, the first thing you learn is there are no forevers. So many things come together to make the culture of Black Rock City, and one of them is that sense of carpe diem the fire brings.<\/p>\n
